Day 1: Delhi Arrival
Delhi: On arrival in Delhi, you will be greeted by our representative from Discovery Prime Tours.
On arrival, you will be met by a private car that will transfer you to your booked hotel.
Introduction regarding your North India with Taj Mahal trip in a brief conversation with the representative.
Take an evening to take it easy at the hotel.

Day 3: An artistic-historic journey from Delhi to Mandawa.
Have a good and healthy breakfast at the extent of the hotel.
The scenic place of Mandawa is around 260-kilometre journey away, and that is where the movie begins.
Upon arrival at Mandawa; transfer to the hotel and check in.
Visit the town of Mandawa, often referred to as the “The open-air art gallery of Rajasthan."
See some stunning frescos painted on the walls of the town.
In Mandawa, you'll have the opportunity to:

Day 4: Forts and camels from Mandawa to Bikaner.
In the morning, proceed for a 180 Km road journey to Bikaner.
On the way to Jodhpur, you will be able to visit Fatehpur Village that is famous for marvelous havelis in Shekhawati region.
Visit one of the top attractions in Bikaner – Junagarh Fort, which has never been captured!
Explore the marvelous entrance to the fort like Karan Pol and Suraj Pol.
Guided tour of the Camel Breeding Farm (Shut on Sunday)
Visit the Deshnok Rat Temple and witness the interesting features of the place in the evening.
Spend the night back at your hotel in Bikaner.

Day 5: Bikaner to Jaisalmer - Desert Magic
After having a breakfast, proceed for a journey of 330 kilometer on the rough and fantastic terrains of the Thar Desert to reach Jaisalmer.
On the way, tourists should visit Pokran, where the Great Mughal Akbar was born.
Try lunch in the restaurant and visit a local shop.
One can reach Jaisalmer by early evening.

Day 6: Jaisalmer - Golden City's Wonders
On the sixth day of the North India with Taj Mahal tour the you will visit Sonar Fort in Jaisalmer.
A walk through the bustling Manak Chowk area is a fun experience.
Explore the well-architect Patwon Ki Haveli.
Visit Nathmal Ji Ki Haveli for an art lover and marvel at miniature paintings and intricately carved sandstone elephants.

Take a short break at the Gadisar Lake and relish moments of solitude and serenity.
Get a camel cart ride for the sun sets over the sand dunes in the desert region.

Day 7: Forts and palaces, Jaisalmer to Jodhpur.
Travel 280 kilometres towards Jodhpur, passing through Mandore Gardens on the way.
Once in Jodhpur, do not miss Mehrangarh fort, an eye-witness of historical battles, and the palace’s well-stocked museum.
Explore palaces like Moti Mahal, Phool Mahal, Sheesh Mahal, Takht Vilas, and Jhanki Mahal inside the fort. Visit Jaswant Thada, which is a finely carved marble tomb. Also visit the impressive Umaid Bhawan Palace that was carved out of giant sandstone blocks. In the evening take a stroll through the vibrant spice market enjoying Indian herbs. Spend the night at your Jodhpur hotel recalling the day’s historical and cultural encounters.

Day 8: Ranakpur Cultural and Spiritual Exploration.
Travel for 185 Kilometres to Ranakpur after having breakfast with a break at Bishnoi village.
The Bishnoi tribe, famous for vegetarianism and reverence for animal life, live peacefully with animals such as blackbucks, antelopes, peacocks, and cranes. On reaching Ranakpur, check out the renowned ‘Chamukh’ Jain temple which has images of Adinath in four areas, 1444 uniquely carved pillars and 29 chambers. The temple complex also includes other notable temples including the Sun Temple, Amba Mata Temple, Parsvanath Temple, and Neminath Temple. Relax and have a peaceful night at a Ranakpur hotel of your choice, contemplating on the culture and spiritual discoveries you have made during the day.

Day 9: Ranakpur to Udaipur: Forts and the city of lakes.
From breakfast, drive 140 kilometres to the City of Lakes called Udaipur. On your way, you can make a stop at the impressive Kumbhalgarh Fort (one of Rajasthan’s few impregnable forts and the world’s second longest wall). Visit the Muchchal Mahavir temple just opposite. Enjoy the breathtaking panorama of the Aravalli and the Marwar desert since the fort is built on a rocky hill. On arrival in Udaipur, go straight to your hotel. Take a trip to Sahelion ki Bari, an elegant garden with streams and canals that Maharana Sangram Singh had made for his daughter. Take leisurely walks and wander through the city’s narrow streets. Enjoy the mystique of the City of Lakes.

Day 10: Udaipur - City of Palaces
Start by taking a tour in the city of Udaipur after you have had your breakfast in the morning. City Palace is a spectacular must-visit landmark. Visit the Jagdish Temple that is a shrine dedicated to Lord Vishnu, and the Folk Art Museum full of colorful puppets, musical instruments, and oil paintings.
Walk in the city at night when everything is closed, or hire a boat on Lake Pichola. Marvell at the mesmerising Udaipur’s Lake Palaces, comprising Jag Mandir Palace and Jag Niwas Palace, now Taj Lake Palace. In this case, you can have an elegant dinner in the most fascinating surroundings. Get back to your hotel, but not without the memories of Udaipur’s palaces and lakes indelibly etched on your mind.

Day 11: Temple and Holy City – Pushkar to Udaipur.
Embark on a 275-kilometer journey from Udaipur to Pushkar.
Visit Eklingji and Nagda Jain Temples along the way.
Stop by the Saas Bahu Temples dedicated to Shiva and Vishnu.
Arrive in the sacred town of Pushkar by afternoon.
Visit Brahma’s Temple, a significant religious site.
Explore Lake Pushkar, believed to have formed from Lord Brahma’s lotus petals.
Note that Pushkar is famous for the annual Pushkar Fair (Camel Fair) held in November.

Day 12: Temples and Royal Charms from Pushkar to Jaipur
Travel for 150 kilometres from Pushkar to Jaipur. Visit Nasiya Golden Jain Temple in Ajmer, ‘Dargah Sharif’, and Adhai Din Ka Jhonpra on the way. In ‘The Pink City’ of Jaipur, a tour to the grand ‘City Palace’ that was once the abode of the erstwhile royalty boasting of paintings and artefacts. Be amazed by the 17th century precision wonder Jantar Mantar Observatory.Enjoy the royal feel of Jaipur during the evening after a day.

Day 13: Jaipur - A Royal Extravaganza
Get ready for an exciting day in the Pink City as you unveil great scenes in Jaipur.
Begin with an elephant ride of a painted one to the superlative Amber Fort on a hill.
Explore the glittering streets of Amber Fort consisting of the Sheesh Mahal, the Hall of Mirrors.
Stop by Diwan-e-Aam also known as ‘Hall of Public Audience’.
Discover such place as Diwan-e-Khas or the ‘Hall for the Private Audience.

Day 14: A journey through history – Jaipur to Agra.
Have a leisurely breakfast then proceed to visit Agra, the land of the Taj Mahal.
Visit Bharatpur Ornithological Reserve, which is a paradise for lovers of birds, on the way.
Have lunch and then have time to visit Fatehpur Sikri which is known as Akbar’s abandoned city.
Discover what happened to red sandstone buildings that were constructed for 14 years and then left incomplete because of water problems.
Once you get to Agra, the next place of interest is the Agra Fort – this architectural masterpiece is built with red sandstone and marble.
Let yourself be enchanted by the enchanting corridors and fountains of Agra Fort.
Finally, shop at the fanciful night markets of Agra and get a feel of the mesmerising history of the city.

Day 15: Love’s heritage and farewell: Agra to Delhi.
In the morning have to go to Taj Mahal – one of the seven wonders of the world and the beauty of the antiquity.
Read the facts about it and get to know how the eternal monument was built by Shah Jahan over 22 years in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal.
Watch, the first light of dawn enveloping the white marbled structure, symbolising purity over the garden on the river Yamuna.
Stop over at Sikandra on your way to Delhi to pay homage at the tomb of the great Mughal emperor – Akbar.
After arriving in Delhi, visitors can go to Connaught Place for shopping or a leisurely stroll.
Attend a Farewell at a Sikh Temple.
Have a dinner at a restaurant.
It is time to board your home-bound international flight from Nairobi International Airport.
