Day 01 Arrival NJP / IXB – Kalimpong

On arrival at Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station (400 Ft / 122 Mts), you will be met by our local representative who will assist you to board your vehicle to Kalimpong. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 02 Kalimpong - Gangtok

Today morning visit Flower Nurseries & Jang-Dong-Palriffo Brang.

After breakfast go out for sightseeing covering Rumtek Monastery, Droul Chorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Saturday & Sunday, Local Festival and State & National Govt. holidays), Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Closed on Saturday & Sunday, Local Festival and State & National Govt. holidays) & Enchey Monastery. Evening free to explore Gangtok. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 04 Gangtok – Pelling

After breakfast transfer to Pelling. Evening free at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 05 Pelling

Today you visit Khecheopari Lake (6000 Ft / 1829 Mts); Khecheopalri Lake is one of the sacred Buddhist mountain lakes wherever it is believed that whatever is wished in front of the lake comes true. Myth has its that when a leaf falls on the placid clear water surface is picked by a bird. Back to Hotel for Lunch. After lunch you cover Pemayangtse Monastery which belongs to the Nyingma-pa order of Tibetan Buddhism. It was built as a small temple in late 17th century by Latsun Chenpo. On the top floor there is a wooden sculpture portraying the Mahaguru’s Heavenly palace Sangthokpalri & Rabdengtse palace ruins - once the second capital of Sikkim is now a historical monument. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 06 Pelling – Darjeeling
Darjeeling (6710 Ft / 2046 Mts, 125 Kms / 05 to 06 Hrs drive)
Transfer to Darjeeling. Evening go for a walking tour of Mall road, Observatory hill and Mahakal Temple. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 07 Darjeeling

*Early morning at around 0400am (subject to clear weather) for visit to Tiger Hills (8482 Ft / 2586 Mts) to view the sunrise over mighty Kanchendzonga Peak (Third highest peak in the world). On way back visit Ghoom Monastery.
After breakfast visit to Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday, Local Festival and State & National Govt. holidays), Tibetan Refugee self-help Center (Closed on Sunday Local Festival and State & National Govt. holidays) & Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda -
Lunch at the famous Glenary’s restaurant on direct payment.
Back to Hotel, Overnight at hotel.

New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) (413 Ft / 126 Mts, 100 Kms / 03 to 04 Hrs drive)
After breakfast transfer to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB), for onwards connection.
